running! Went to a branding yesterday over west about 40 miles. Then off to a funeral for my daughter in laws mother, today. Had some come in just before dark last night. I read it started a few fires up around Chance and Hopes, but the rain put it out. Had a great crew and it went great. Had a new colt I really wasn’t figuring on….’nuther dang filly. Got a notion to change the name of this place to “the mare ranch”…..

Cloudy, got a real small shot of rain earlier. Supposed to get more and it’s cloudy in the northwest. Mike and I moved some pairs yesterday afternoon.
