I did not get involved with the lefsa makers..I do not care for lefsa. They cooked up potatoes..riced them and then..mix it with honey and maybe cream? or butter? and flour..I think..my son in law grew up making lefsa. He rolled and my husband learned how to work that lefsa griddle and that stick.. I just took photos.. If you haven’t guessed I am not much of a cook:)
