Big wet flakes been sifting down from the northeast for quite a spell. Couple inches of the new stuff, anyway. Lots of it melted as it hit. I put two cows that might calve in the corral/shed and the cow with the new baby. I’ll check on the others before dark and again at daylight. Chance was up here this afternoon and just left. Said he’d be back early in the morning if he could get here. Looks like he will as the wind isn’t going to blow as hard. Cindy is staying in town for the duration. Sounds like it’s really coming down, in there.
