Got the chores outside done and now on to the inside chores.
I caught both Halflinger fillies the last two mornings and worked with just a little. Wren is almost a pet and likes attention. Just like her brother. Rill is standoffish and really doesn’t want to be messed with but once you have her haltered she is very lite and sensitive.
I have a lady coming who is interested in Pet, the filly out of Roz and a QH stud.
Went in to Rapid with a friend yesterday so he could get a new washing machine. We went to Sam’s club. Now I remember why I quit shopping there. too much stuff and too good of prices on SOME things and I walked in wanting one item and walked out with 5! We had a good time and got to discuss lots of things.
I have more hay coming in in the next few days so need to go out and clean some snow this afternoon.
Hopefully you make a sale. Thats like super wal-mart you can buy everything at one place and I spend more than if I just went to the grocery store alone! Unfortunately hay is a necessary evil!
I always end up coming out of Sam’s with thirty seven tons of toilet paper or some such deal.
After a couple of visits to Sam Club , they shot my monthly budget to heck! I now just stay out of there!
With just two of us..I do just as good buying stuff at our regular locally owned grocery store when they have sales.
Have you checked Duluth Trading Company for some gloves..I was looking for some shooter gloves too..to use with my camera..all I found was the bare all your fingers kind..
I think choppers are the best..I have wool handknit liners for mine..they are really old and the leather is very soft.. I have been tempted to buy some packs of hand warmers for them..getting old I guess:)
