Come for a western Ranch Vacation!
I just walked in from up the creek, where I dropped the front of the tractor into a soft spot. Gonn’a have to let it set for a few days and see if I can get it out after it dries up a bit..
Let’s hope the satellites don’t pick up the ruts before you get them filled in.
LOL
Them feds don’t like you altering a stream bank without the proper permits you know.
Is there a more sickening feeling then that of tires sinking down to the axles and that of the engine stalling out?
Not too worried about the feds, Yet!
Yeah, I seen i was stuck but had to try to get out. Now it is worse of course. Oh well. It will dry up and I will get it out.
Been there. Major suckage.
Ya need a good 15,000 lb. winch and a serious home-welded ground anchor.
With those tools handy, it’d take ya about five minutes to get free.

Ahh, I will just use my 4×4 pickup and if that doesn’t work, the neighbor has a big tractor, a mile up the road.
Oh dear. Should’ve used horses. These new fangled contraptions. :o)
Suzanne
Yes Suzanne I should have, but I need the loader to push a post in the ground, which I can’t do with the horses and it was too muddy to dig and set a post very well. Oh well, it will come out eventually!
Having a neighbor with a bigger tractor than yours is very important.
We’ve had incidences out here where a guy has done some work on a stream bank and the government satellites picked it up and fines were issued,
NOTHING is sacred anymore…
