Here they are

Got the fender carving done. Here they are.

We moved the heifers across the road to the north side this morning in preparation for shipping them out tomorrow. Rode in sideways snain. Snow/rain mixed. South, south east wind.

Fun.

Lots of fun.

Real cool, if you get my drift.

I think I’d rather stay in and work on leather! Moving south and working with my buddy Corky, in Arizona is looking like a much better option all the time! πŸ™‚

  1. Wouldn’t you be afraid of to many pansies moving that far south? Someone I know is always spotting off about the winters keepin the pansies out of that frozen north country of yours. πŸ™‚

Got some drizzle here in SoCal today, but the sun is supposed to shine maΓ±ana.

  2. Wow! Nice job – they are works of art! But I have to ask what’s a “fender”? I didn’t have the priveledge of growing up with horses – we had honey bees instead. πŸ™‚

  3. Pat, this is the part of the saddle, just above the stirrup. This piece protects your leg from the sweat of the horse soaking into your pants leg. The stirrup will attach at the bottom. Just under the flower.

    Thank you all, who commented.
