Warmed right up. We were getting spoiled with all this 80 degree stuff. Gets up to 90 or over and it seems real hot and with all the rain we been getting it’s pretty dang humid.
Chance and Gus and I went down north of Rapid and got some highline poles from a guy yesterday. We got them unloaded and today we started hauling them out north of the corrals to build a new fence line. Then I broke the hydralics on the tractor. We had visitors come in later, after doinner. Sure a nice family. I met the husband thru’ the internet and they were in the Hills so they drove out. Great people.
After they left we went out and worked on the tractor, got it fixed and put on the post hole digger and dug some holes. So in the morning I can go to digging out holes and setting posts. I just have tomorrow to work on it as Thursday we are sorting yearlings and I leave for a gig in Iowa on Friday. Hopefully I can get it done tomorrow. Also dug holes to extend and fix on the loading chute.
Tyler came in last night so this evening Hope and Chance and the boys and Gramma and I went to Red Owl and Tyler said his daily Mass. Pretty cool, just the family.

Sounds like you had a very busy day!! Digging holes for fence always is a lovely chore, but thank god for the post hole digger and tractors!! Makes the job a whole lot easier than in days gone bye!
