Our Jack Russel, Tack, got hit and killed on the road today. Pretty hard deal to have happen. He was hard headed and wouldn’t listen and you had to constantly watch him for traffic when he was outside. We thought this would be the way he would die, but it’s still sad.
We had 3 cows calve today. I took Chance to town to the dentist to get a wisdom tooth pulled. $340 to pull a tooth?!!!!!!
Guess I will look for a different dentist.
It was a beautiful day today. Hope this weather continues. Not too much snow left and the creeks are all running bank full or over.

So sorry to hear about your dog. Even if you expected the possibility, it is still sad and it’s still a loss.
Dental prices up your way are pretty reasonable. I worked in dentists’ offices for a long time. It’s not unusual for a crown to cost $900 and a root canal to cost another $1200.
I always had oxygen nearby when I had to quote a huge price for dental work. I figured they’d need it when they recovered from the shock!

Sorry to hear about your dog JB. Hope you can find a cheaper dentist but I doubt it will be by much.
