Got friends coming to visit and shoot at some prairedogs that are over running a neighbors pasture.
Got a couple of mares dropped off here yesterday. They will wait here until the lady who owns them can come and get them.
Might not post too much the next few days as it’s hot and going to stay that way they tell me. I’m going into town and see if I can afford to get a better firefighting pump. And a few other chores.

As always thanks for out Pony fix of the day! Our hot days I think have finally passed! I will keep positive thoughts on the fire danger! Hopefully it will be a quiet year for fires.
If it’s too hot to do much outside then you should be able to do more blogging! It’s always hot this time of year. Pefect weather for starting young horses. What are you gonna do, wait ’til it gets nice and cool and crisp and they all have cold backs and lots of energy???
