How the heck did you get her set up? Seems she kinda waited a tad before deciding she didn’t want anything to do with the training.
As for the snipers you commented on in a later post, I saw nothing out of the right here, pressure and release, and control of the animal for its own protection.
I’ve seen bad horse handling – that ain’t it.
We just worked her off the halter until she was bending in the middle and getting her inside hip under her and then calmly sacked her out and got her used to the saddle, saddled her up and let her check it out.
Thank you. We have done many, many this way and I like to see some life at first, or I am worried it will come out later when it is unsuspected, or that they don’t feel good. This was normal behavior in an almost untouched coming 2 year old.
So far only one person saw anything wrong here, and they weren’t there, just watched the video.
