Not much goes on around here the last few days. Warmed up and that is nice. Working on getting all my past years checks into my Quicken. Need to go over to the local feed and supply store and get some more bean for the cattle and colts today. Guess I’ll time it for noon and eat someone else’s cooking and help the local economy. I am supposed to meet up with a buddy at the Stockshow tomorrow and there are friends from Iowa headed to there as I type, and I should go hook up with them at some point. Damn, it’s hard being popular. š

Sounds like winter doldrums. I’m getting that way down here. It is just plain cold, we could use some snow to liven things up a bit. Don’t get much down here though. We get a dusting now and then and they close everything down as we don’t have snow plows. People down here can’t drive in it anyway. Its funny though, they warn that we might get a dusting of snow and everybody rushes out to the store and buys up all the milk,eggs,bread and beer! Come on spring!
