Wind blew hard yesterday and today. Me and Gabe did chores and then worked in the leather shop today. Didn’t seem to get a lot done, but at least I got something done. 😉
Brad stopped in this evening for a visit. Ate some steak off the new beef for supper. Good but not as good as the last one. Hard to beat a 5 year old spayed Corrientee heifer. Oh well, I got a couple Corrientee steers out here to fatten up. Now, if I could just cut up my own beef instead of paying someone else to do it! 🙂
If the wind don’t blow to hard tomorrow, maybe i’ll get to work with the new team.

Hey if Thomas and I can learn how to butcher a deer… then I am sure you can learn how to cut up that there heifer:) Just find some gloves, a good knife and there you go.
